What this website collects, what it doesn't, and how Torkiv treats data in its products.
Who we are
This website, torkiv.com, is run by Torkiv, a privately owned software company based in Egypt. Torkiv is operated personally by its founder, Mohamed Ahmed Mostafa, and is not currently incorporated as a separate legal entity. "We" and "us" on this page mean Torkiv and its founder. You can reach us at founder@torkiv.com.
Our commitments
We do not run ads or sell user data.
We use the data you give us to provide the product or service you are using. Our hosted products run on infrastructure from service providers, such as hosting, storage, email and payment processing. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver that service. Each product's own privacy notice describes what it collects and the kinds of providers involved, and is published before that product launches.
This website
torkiv.com is a static website. It has no sign-up, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Small scripts served by this site support navigation, interface previews and visual transitions. The scripts keep temporary state for the opening animation, plus the destination page path and transition time, in your browser for this tab's session. They do not send usage data. The site does not load anything from other websites.
Like every website, our hosting provider receives the basic technical details needed to deliver a page and keep the site secure, such as your IP address, the page you asked for, your browser type and the time. We add no tracking of our own, and we don't use these details to identify you.
When you write to founder@torkiv.com, we receive what you choose to send: your address, your message and any attachments. We use it only to reply to you and to keep a record of our conversation. We never add you to a mailing list.
If you want us to delete your emails, write to us and we will.
Products
txtCaster and Nexuq are not publicly released yet. There are no accounts, purchases or uploads on this website. When a product launches, its own privacy notice will explain what it collects, why, and the kinds of providers involved, and it will follow the commitments above.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to founder@torkiv.com. Since this website collects nothing beyond what is described above, in practice this means the emails you have sent us.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top. The Arabic version of this policy says the same thing; if the two ever differ, the English version applies.
