Who runs this site
torkiv.com is run by Torkiv, a privately owned software company based in Egypt. Torkiv is operated personally by its founder, Mohamed Ahmed Mostafa, and is not currently incorporated as a separate legal entity. "We" and "us" in these terms mean Torkiv and its founder. Torkiv Labs is Torkiv's engineering studio, not a separate company.
What this site is
This website describes Torkiv and its products. It is for information only. txtCaster and Nexuq are in development and are not publicly released; nothing is sold through this website, and nothing on it is an offer to sell. Descriptions of products in development can change before release.
Each product will have its own terms, including prices and payment terms, published when it becomes available. Those terms will apply to that product.
Our content
The text, design, names and logos on this website, including Torkiv, txtCaster and Nexuq, belong to Mohamed Ahmed Mostafa, operating as Torkiv. You may read, link to and share pages of this website. You may not copy its design or content to present it as your own, or use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you or are connected with you.
Some screenshots show third-party material, such as an openly licensed textbook. That material remains its owners' and is used under its license, as noted where it appears.
Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to this website or the systems behind it, and don't use it for anything unlawful. If you believe you have found a security problem, please tell us at founder@torkiv.com.

This website links to other sites, such as GitHub, X and LinkedIn. We don't control them, and their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.
